Bulk Rental Rates

Beginning September 15th, the price per hour will be raised from $25/hour to $30/hour.  But, HERE'S THE GOOD NEWS:  we are now offering bulk pricing as most community access studios nationally are doing.  Details are:

   Pay in advance for 5 slots and you can still pay at the current rate of $25/hr.  Not bad.

   We are in the process of beginning to use an electronic point of sale system.  Once that is in operation, our system will keep track of how many slots you've used.  However in the meantime, we will be asking renters to keep track of how many of their slots they have used.  You can indicate on your receipt 2/5 slots if that is your second rental, for example.

   Since Foci began offering rental, it's been the Number One goal to keep prices affordable for renters.  Our studio isn't a profit-making venture, our prices are genuinely set to reflect what studio operation costs are.  And hence, as fuel prices rise, the studio is needing to keep up.

   We sincerely hope that we'll continue to see all the familiar faces here at the studio as well as many new ones.  Let us know if you have any questions regarding the new pricing.
